I picked up a leaflet today about the Friends of the Abbotsford Convent. Seems I thought I was a friend, but I might be just a mailing list member. They meet from 6 to 8 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month in the Providence Building. The President is Meridee Flower (9818 1463). The photo is a detail of the Convent gardens. The meetings for the rest of the year follow.
