Median Abbotsford house price $423,000 over last 12 months

So says a glossy propery insert in the November 29 Melbourne Leader. It also says the highest price paid for a house was $750,000 a year ago in Vere St. The median unit/apartment price is said to be $405,000 which sounds like a typo to me.

    $750,000 won’t be top – surely the guy who sold the block in Abbotsford St to the Steiner School for their kinder was seeking $900k.
